Eau Claire
Power of Perception (POP) is an Eau Claire-based 501(c)(3) whose mission it is to create a valuable toolbox of resources to equip Eau Claire's African American and Biracial youth with the tools they need to become contributing citizens. By uplifting mentees through education and inspirational talks, weekly mentoring/tutoring sessions, community events, monthly care packages, POP shows up for Eau Claire’s Black/biracial youth in grades six through 12.
