Madison – July 15, 2015 – Thirty-three companies and nonprofit organizations have been selected as finalists for the 2015 Wisconsin Innovation Awards. In total, 170 businesses, products and services from around the state were nominated. The finalists were determined by a panel of 18 statewide industry experts, with winners to be announced on August 18, 2015 at an awards ceremony at Discovery World in Milwaukee. Nominations spanned all parts of Wisconsin, represented large, medium and small companies, startups, established businesses, and nearly all industries.
The Wisconsin Innovation Awards Ceremony is open to the public and tickets are available for $20 each. The event begins at 5:30 pm with a reception, and continues with the awards program at 7:00 pm. Ticket information and details are available at www.wisconsininnovationawards.com.
The Wisconsin Innovation Awards Ceremony is presented by American Family Insurance and Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, and supported by Neider & Boucher, Exact Sciences, Baird, First Business Bank, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership, and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation.
